Former BPD commissioner Bill Bratton has been dubbed a “supercop” for his successful crime-fighting efforts in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. But his efforts required effective collaboration to truly work. In a new book, Collaborate or Perish!, Bratton and co-author Zachary Tumin of Harvard’s Kennedy School outline the blueprint for successful collaboration.
