The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

Despite raking in $500 million more in tax revenue than expected, Massachusetts is facing a $2 billion budget shortfall. The gap is likely to lead to another round of painful cuts in state services. Emily is joined by Michael Widmer of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, Paul Bachman of the Beacon Hill Institute and Newton mayor Setti Warren.
