The fatal stabbing of an elderly woman – the result of a possible burglary – has rattled the community of South Boston. While authorities say the neighborhood is generally safe, burglaries are up significantly over last year. Former Boston Mayor Ray Flynn tells Emily why the crime spike in South Boston is at a "crisis" level.
