Chef Todd English takes viewers on the road and behind the scenes as he travels the globe collecting culinary ideas and inspiration. In each exotic location, he taps local food experts who teach him about local food customs and best bets for culture off the beaten path. He concludes each episode by inviting viewers into his own Boston-area kitchen to demonstrate how the world’s rich flavors and techniques inspire him to reinvent traditional cuisine.
