One aspect of Mozart's genius was his ability to write light, entertaining pieces and profound, deeply engaging pieces, at the same time! That's what he was doing in 1788 when he was working on his late symphonies as well as lighter pieces like the Piano Trio, K. 564. We'll hear that as well as the early Divertimento, K.254, played by a new Piano Trio, the Mira Trio.
