School Lunch From Scratch
Over the last 50 years the number of American children who are overweight and obese has tripled, with about 30% of kids now falling into one of those categories.
So how do you tackle the problem? The key may lie in programs like The Chef Initiative, now spreading across Massachusetts — an experiment that figured: if you can change what kids eat in school, you might be able to change everything.
