Tonight on Basic Black, in an historic move the Massachusetts legislature voted to expel Carlos Henriquez from the House in the wake of his conviction for assault. Also, another dispute among the surviving children of Martin Luther King, Jr. has gone painfully public, calling into question their respect for his legacy.
