About Arthur
Whether it's facing down a bully, worrying about a new teacher, or being the very last person on earth to lose his baby teeth, aardvark Arthur and his friends manage to solve their third-grade dilemmas with imagination, kindness, and humor. When Arthur triumphs over something, kids know that they can, too. The series, based on the cast of characters created by author Marc Brown, builds a sense of empowerment for kids by showing how Arthur and his friends use effective, age-appropriate problem-solving skills.
Arthur recalls his first days wearing glasses after his little sister, D.W., sees photos of him without his specs and believes they are pictures of their long-lost brother. Also: Muffy tries to make Francine look picture-perfect for picture day.
