WGBH’s FunFest and Craft Beer Fest Return to Brighton on Saturday, July 16  

WGBH FunFest offers ice cream and family activities from 10am - 4pm;

WGBH Craft Beer Fest features New England and New York breweries and live music from 7 - 10pm

The WGBH FunFest, a day-long celebration with ice cream and music, returns Saturday, July 16, from 10am to 4pm at WGBH in Boston. This fun-filled community event will feature family-friendly artists like Kidville Rockin’ Railroad and All Hands Drumming. Kids can participate in interactive games and enjoy face painting, inflatable rides and more! Beloved PBS characters Curious George, Arthur, Peep, Chirp and Buddy the Dinosaur from Dinosaur Train will be there to join in the festivities. Ice cream vendors include J.P. Licks, FoMu, Friendly’s, Little G and more. Guests will be able to purchase food from the Jose’s and Karo’s BBQ food trucks.

Tickets: WGBH members can purchase tickets for $40; non-member tickets available for $50. Purchase tickets online at wgbh.org/events.

Celebrate WGBH’s annual Craft Beer Festival with fellow beer and cider aficionados. This year, see how New York’s breweries fare against some of New England’s finest craft brews. Participating breweries include Aeronaut, Blue Point Brewery, Samuel Adams, Nine Pin Brewery, Travelers Beer, Downeast Cider House, Brooklyn Brewery and more. The event will feature live entertainment from acts such as Los Elk, Roy Sludge and Damn Tall Buildings. Guests will be able to purchase food from the Yumm Bai and Karo’s BBQ food trucks. Must be 21+ to attend.

Volunteers Needed
