WGBH Internship Opportunities

WGBH internships provide students with valuable work experience and real-world knowledge across many different fields of study, from TV and radio production, to Web design, to accounting, law, and other administrative arenas.

Although WGBH internships are unpaid, students may be awarded academic credit for their work here. While students are not required to receive academic credit, WGBH internships are open only to those enrolled in an accredited college or university. Positions are for a three- or four-month period, corresponding to the college semester schedule, and all positions offer part-time, flexible hours.

WGBH has internship relationships with a wide range of colleges and universities (including Northeastern, Emerson, Boston University, Bentley University, Suffolk University, Lesley University, Brandeis University, Tufts University, UMass Boston, Bridgewater State University, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education) and with MassGeneral Hospital for Children’s Aspire program, which helps people with a high cognitive autism spectrum disorder or related social profile achieve success. Welcoming interns from Aspire enriches our workplace and advances our commitment to an inclusive WGBH.
