As a clinician, Dr. Len Zon treats children with blood disorders and cancer. As a researcher at Harvard Medical School, Zon uses zebra fish as a model organism to find ways to better treat these diseases. As these videos reveal, he's also an impressive trumpet and shofar player.

A recent finalist in Intel's Science Talent Search, Alan Sage recently began his first year as an undergraduate at Yale. Alan's research into how the "root memory" of plants may have an impact on future Alzheimer's treatments. In his spare time, Alan writes poetry and raps fiercely.
