New England residents are dealing with another thick blanket of snow in a winter that has already left mini mountains on street corners and in empty yards. When parking bans finally are lifted, there’s virtually nowhere to park and it’s got us wondering what cities and towns are going to do? At what point do they have to haul the heaps of plowed white stuff away? And when they do – where does it go?
