Boston Archdiocese Prepares For Sale Of Six Area Churches, Parishioners Prepare For New Appeal To The Pope:
Last week, Cardinal Sean P. O’Malley issued a decree, which takes effect today, that would strip six church buildings of their religious classification and pave the way for their sale. With us to explain is Suzanne Hurley, a member of the council of parishes and spokesperson for the parishioners at St. James the Great in Wellesley, MA.
