The referendum vote could be a turning point for Sudan if Southern Sudan, as many expect, votes to secede from the North. Callie spoke with two members of My Sister's Keeper, a Boston-based organization that brings assistance to women in Sudan, about what to expect in the weeks ahead and how the vote reverberates in New England. Liz Walker is a television journalist, ordained minister, and co-founder of My Sister’s Keeper. Sarah Rial is Program Director for My Sister’s Keeper and a native of Southern Sudan. She is the 2010 recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Award.
