State Senate Budget Give Unions 'Voice But No Veto'

Last month, the Massachusetts House of Representatives passed a measure that would strip public employees of collective bargaining rights over health care benefits. The move infuriated unions. On Wednesday, Senate leaders unveiled a similar measure, though it gives unions some more room to negotiate.

U.S. Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, General Craig R. McKinley and the National Guard Bureau, Military to Medicine and POV presented the highly-acclaimed film 'Where Soldiers Come From' at a special screening on November 1, 2011, in Washington, D.C. Director Heather Courtney and the subjects of the film answered questions.
