WASHINGTON — Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has won the Republican New Hampshire primary, taking 37 percent of the vote with 46 percent of precincts reporting.
Texas congressman Ron Paul clinched second place with 24 percent of the vote, ahead of former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman who has 17 percent.
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum trailed with 10 percent each.
