Boston Public Radio: Who Is Responsible for the Opioid Crisis?

In 2014, as Governor of Vermont, Peter Shumlin described the opioid crisis as a “rising tide of drug addiction and drug related crimes”. The problem, as Shumlin sees it, is the availability of powerful pain killers, blaming the FDA.
