Mayor Walsh has made a concerted effort and commitment to revitalize the city's creative community, including the appointment of a cabinet level arts czar, Julie Burros. But as the arts are connected to the economy and revitalization of the entire city, how are artists and audiences of color benefitting from the newfound focus on the arts?
