Representative Andrew Young (D-GA) talks about how black people should get more involved in politics. He finds Boston has a lot of work to do to catch up to communities around the country. "You know, we got a better voting percentage amongst blacks in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia than you all got in Boston and you need to do something about that."
