"If you’re a wine drinker, this recipe is crying out for sparkling wine! Go local, with both your strawberries and your wine, by opening a bottle of Blanc de Blancs by Westport Rivers Winery ($14) located near Fall River and Buzzards Bay.
If you aren’t a wine drinker, try a raspberry-lime rickey to play up the raspberry purée in this recipe. Or whip up a do-it-yourself ginger ale: pour boiling water over grated ginger, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon. Let it steep for at least an hour, then add lime juice, orange juice and water to taste.
