Innovation Hub: Introducing Ourselves!
By Kara Miller
Welcome to Innovation Hub! Each week on this show, we’ll hear from the most inventive, creative minds around and ask: What are they thinking? Building? Creating?
We’ll talk to entrepreneurs who are trying to make medical procedures cheaper and safer, scientists making better batteries for cars, principals who have changed their schools because of the latest research on Advanced Placement tests.
At Innovation Hub, our job is to find out how today’s great thinkers plan to tackle America’s biggest challenges — from green energy to health care to transportation to education. On our inaugural program, we decided to confront two particularly tough issues. First, how do you mainstream green energy?
Then, we turn our attention to the problem of obesity by looking at new behavioral and medical research.
Of course, we'd love to hear your feedback and get your input. Please tweet us (@WGBHinnovate), comment on our Facebook page, or shoot us an email. We always love to hear your comments and suggestions. Thanks for being part of the Innovation Hub community!
