Drive Time Live: Beethoven: "Come Draw We Round"

Comments

From a special program recorded in WGBH/Classical New England's Fraser Performance studio called "Beethoven: New Discoveries and Fond Farewells," Tenor William Hite sings a Beethoven rarity: "Come Draw We 'Round This Cheerful Ring," one of Beethoven's British Isles folksong arrangements freshly arranged for piano, cello, and mandolin by Classical New England's James David Jacobs. Gilles Vonsattel is the pianist, Brian Howard plays cello, and the mandolin player is Berklee student Bryce Milano.
