A Menu Inspired by the 1920s

Chris Kimball, host of America's Test Kitchen, is a big fan of Masterpiece's hit show, Downton Abbey. He says the kitchen scenes in particular always catch his eye, as food was such an important part of Edwardian society.

Here he has put together a menu inspired by the time period of the series. Give it a try during Season 3 on WGBH, and let us know how your fine dinner turns out.
