WGBH podcasts and RSS feeds

rssfeed icon Podcasts are audio and video files that you can download to your computer or portable media device via an RSS feed.

RSS is short for "Really Simple Syndication." RSS feeds automatically prompt your aggregator (such as iTunes or a newsreader) to download new content whenever it is available.

To subscribe to a podcast, click on the podcast link, then copy the URL from the navigation/address bar at the top of the browser and paste it into the subscription field of your aggregator.

For more about RSS feeds and podcasting, visit NPR's Online Help Center.

For a list of free newsreaders and Web-based aggregators, visit News on Feeds.
