This drink is an unapologetic knockoff of a Cosmopolitan, but with a Swedish twist. You can find lingonberry juice at European stores (or Ikea), but in a pinch you can substitute a strong cranberry juice.
Makes 2 drinks
2 shots aquavit
4 shots lingonberry juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 scant shot triple sec
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake to mix and chill. Strain into two cocktail glasses, with ice, and serve.
